oh man.. im like supposed to be in my dreamland now.. gonna meet up with neo and soh tml morning b4 the wedding reception to grab myself a pair of levis.. yep..

anw.. went for ogl mtg this morning at 9am in skool.. lol.. kinda a draggy briefing tho.. and we still didnt get the ogl t-shirt!! grr.. haha.. lol.. hope its gonna be a nice one tho.. yea.. topical tests postponed but i guess thats not really gonna make much of a difference now, does it? haha.. hwk and detention.. man.. dun wanna start a fresh new year being put in "prison".. that sux.. oh well.. gotta finish hwk by hook or by crook.. lol.. really hope orientation '07's gonna be a good one.. time to make friends!! haha.. kinda reminds me of my og days in srjc and tpjc.. yea.. well.. can u believe it? one year has juz gone by juz in the twinkling of an eye!! sigh.. so fast.. im getting old too.. i want my youth!! sad.. well.. thats life..

went home to slack until bout 5 sth b4 i set off to meet up with sean and eventually ken and eventually neo.. spent quite a long while at topman wisma.. got myself a plain white long sleeve t-shirt for $13.. haha.. cool rite.. think it'll be nice.. finally got wad i wanted but couldnt find at bugis.. haha.. oh and btw.. topman wisma has a wider range compared to topman bugis.. yea.. din manage to buy myself a pair of jeans eventually cos it'll be smarter to spent on good quality jeans.. thanx to all my fashion consultants!! haha.. without them i'd be lost.. lol..

headed to furama hotel tiffany coffeehouse for our buffet dinner.. $35.90 it was.. but it was worth the $$ la.. haha.. guess my eating capacity has dipped.. oh well.. hopefully a blessing in disguise.. tho i'd not be able to uphold PIG Inc.. sad.. my bad.. somehow i tink i controlled my metabolic rate and thus i eat lesser nowadays.. which is oso good la.. spend less $$ on food.. lol..

came home from the stayover at hooper's hse tis morning.. first time i've been to his house tho.. yea.. played soccer at the basement carpark at 4 in the morning.. lol.. played fifa 2007.. too bad he din have nba 2007.. oh well.. slept at 5.30am and woke up at 8.00am.. which oso explains my zombiness that morning.. lol.. bought myself breakfast at the hawker and went to catch a wink or two b4 sean came knocking on my door with my lunch.. lol.. after which went to church to do some arranging for wei quan's upcoming wedding in church.. yup.. tot we could finish everything by 3pm.. but turns out we ended at 4.. oh well.. headed down to bugis to grab new threads.. first to freshbox den to topman and finally to bugis street.. bought 2 tees and 1 polo.. yea.. wanted to buy this plain white long sleeve tee but there wasnt my size.. crap.. and so cheap somemore.. wah.. kk.. nvm.. went to long john's for dinner and tried the grilled cajun chix with rice.. woa.. im switching to LJS's chix instead of their fish.. lol.. and that kinda marks the end of my day..

26 dec

woke up to get myself ready for table tennis trng that morning.. had breakfast at the market and the prawn mee dere was really not bad.. when i arrived at skool.. it was pouring heavily and out of curiosity i went to the hall to have a look.. only saw the badminton ppl there.. called clement up to ask whether got trng and to my horror.. there wasnt.. lol.. quickly called dad to return to skool to pick me up.. fortunately he hadnt gone far.. phew..

returned home to have a good 2 hours sleep.. woke up and caught collateral damage on dvd.. the show's bought this good-natured taxi driver who's been ruled over by some top-notch killer.. lol.. put both worlds tgt and u get havoc.. well.. basically the taxi driver had to compromise his standards due to the killer but eventually he held onto his standards and killed the killer.. who was so close to accomplishing his mission.. hmm.. interesting movie i muz say.. but kinda sian.. lol..

headed down to mrs low's place all the way at boon lay station for the 4sa gathering.. due to the rain.. the main ended up cooking for us instead of having a bbq.. sat around and had small chats here and dere.. some left earlier than the others.. and eventually the last batch of us left..

headed to hooper's place with ma after that at novena.. fortunately we managed to catch the last train..

25 dec

called sean, neo and ken up in the morning to ask them whether they wanted to accompany me to go shopping.. since my parents wanted to visit some relative in sengkang.. they dropped me off at compass point to go shop.. really glad they sponsered me quite some cash for shopping.. felt quite uneasy during the first time i went shopping.. cos i dun shop.. lol.. and that was kinda my first few times shoppin.. lol.. after finding nothing to my liking.. sean and i went to my place to slack for a while but b4 that we went to heartland mall to shop for abit.. bought myself my 2nd pair of jeans.. lol.. ken and neo went with 2 other ppl to watch death note 2.. went home to do some wrapping.. yea.. went to ps later and had dinner at LJS.. went to meet up with the others after their show.. and we walked to orchard from ps.. we walked a part of orchard that nite and the place was so well-decorated.. saw statues depicting christmas along the way.. and i oso noticed Bible verses on buildings.. cool.. haha.. bought myself my 3rd pair of jeans at S&K..

had lunch at chicago steakhouse at cine.. they had the lunch promotion so it was kinda wad we needed.. window shopped for a while and after that they decided to stayover at neo's hse.. eventually i din go.. and i heard he became drunk.. lol..

23 dec

love letter day! this was THE day that the youths and everyone were looking forward to.. it finally came.. went to church at 1pm to set up the sausage and cheese stall.. woot.. food... lol.. fortunately there were ppl around to help out with the station.. the musical was really touching.. and this time round it was better than the other musicals over the past years.. yea.. talented ppl we have in church.. as ppl handed me christmas prezzies.. i felt so bad not returning one.. no time to buy this year.. but i'll get sth tho.. yep.. went to The Cathay near PS and played nba 2K7 on the xbox.. woa.. the graphics r so good man! and the game has become so realistic.. as compared to 2005/2006.. couldnt decide on where to have dinner and eventually we ate at pasta mania..

time really flies... how i wish it would stop or slow down... sigh...



went to lala's hse after ogl course to meet up with the cell after they had gone for their carolling.. heard they kinda had a hard time singing the chinese songs.. haha.. but anw.. i believe they have done a good job and have enjoyed themselves nonetheless..

helped myself to 2 slices of nice chocolate fudge cake of which whom i have yet to know who bought it.. lol.. it was really nice tho.. had a small glass of sparkling juice.. there was quite a crowd.. glad that most of them made it.. yea.. chatted with them for a bit.. and after that we played cards.. and before long some had to make a move thus sharon and james gave us each our christmas present.. my 1st christmas present! lol.. haha.. tis yr got no time to go shop for prezzies.. oh well.. we'll see how it goes then..

left her place at ard 11.45pm.. and i got to play bridge.. :)



well.. wad can i say.. 3 days it has been.. and time simply flew.. the fun.. new friends.. lotsa laughter.. gonna miss all of these.. sigh.. another good thing has come to an end.. ogl course was really a period of sheer fun and laughter.. its been an experience.. really glad to have made new friends as well as to see some ocip ppl in ogl course!! :)

ok.. i figured i havent blogged for sunday's... here goes..

woke up early that morning to have breakfast with sean at macs b4 going to church for ushering.. well this time we had 2 new-comers who joined the main service ushering team.. the neo brothers..

left at around 12.30pm and met up with wynne her clique at around 2pm at TM.. oh ya.. thanx wynne for the souvenir from perth.. a few of them couldnt make it and thus it was only me, nic, wynne and pei yi who took 10 to upper east coast.. along the way they were talking about ghost stories again!!! lol.. and at that point in time it was raining cats and dogs.. yea.. talk abt atmosphere..

dorcia's dad picked us up at the bus-stop cos of the rain..

played snooker for the 1st time in my life.. watched how the game is played but nv really got the chance to play it myself.. so.. yea.. happy that my chance finally arrived.. played with some of the ppl who were dere earlier and i ended up playing with dorcia's brother.. well.. apparently i kinda got thrashed.. lol.. but its ok... an experience indeed.. :)

after that we went to start bbq-ing.. the fire was especially strong.. so the food cooked fast.. and the earlier batch of ppl started attempting burps by drinking lotsa fizzy drink.. lol.. haha.. cool.. bbq-ed and ate till 8,9 sth and we watched kill bill 2.. supposed to some gory show but the only gory part was the squishing of the eyeball.. lol..

we left shortly after that.. thank God i was able to catch the last 81 bus at TM..



well.. juz returned from the 2nd day of ogl course.. after having a nice warm bath from the disgusting cold and moist state i was in.. anw.. today's highlight would be the wet and extremely dirty games.. nevertheless.. it was all in the name of fun.. well.. certainly had a great time completing all the disgusting stations.. from using ur mouth to pick up stuffs that were covered with slimy food stuff to having to roll on a layer of crap resulting in us stinking the whole place up.. yea.. it was fun.. oh.. not forgetting the water bomb segment.. lol..

now my og's more united and everything.. yep.. which is good..

going to meet up with some of the guys later at the airport to meet Aaron.. hmm.. it's been a long while since i met him.. yea.. looking forward to a time of catching up..

ytd was the 1st day of the ogl course.. and as usual.. we had to break the "ice" among ourselves.. esp our own ogs.. yup.. we had dry games instead of wet games..

went to sophia's bday chalet at downtown east later that nite.. tot i wouldnt be able to make it cos of the ogl thingy but since its a course and not a camp now.. i was able to make myself present at e chalet.. yup..



Today

went to skool at 9am this morning for table tennis trng.. my 2nd trng.. haha.. today wasnt exactly a trng la.. more of a warm-up for us cos its been awhile since the t.t. ppl trained.. yep.. there's sth i muz master and thats topspin.. yea.. played with some of the t.t. members dere for the first time.. made new friends along the way.. yup.. then there was 2 appeal cases who came today for trials or sth.. and apparently one of the candidates was the captain of chung cheng table tennis.. lol.. appeal to tpjc? hmm... anw.. i guess im probably the only one who cant topspin yet.. dun worry.. i'll work on that.. :) we called it a day at ard 11am.. and after which we made our way to T mart for lunch..

went to hui qi's hse after trng to pick up the death note anime from episodes 1-8.. yep.. yay!! wonder if the movie's the same as the anime not.. hmm...

Monday

oh my goodness!! it'll be quite a while b4 i touch sushi again.. yea.. u heard me right.. sushi.. but then again.. its the rice that made us so bloated la.. wah lao.. stupid rice.. here's wad happened...

hung out at vivo with PIG Inc. that day..

ate freaking lotsa sushi at sakae.. and i tink the staff there were keeping a close eye on our table.. making sure that we could finish wad we ordered.. which was all thanx to me.. haha!! lol.. once we settled in.. and they told us we could start our eating.. the first thing that my hand went for wasnt the sushi.. but the mouse!! lol... haha.. i guess i overestimated my stomach.. lol.. tho i was extremely famished.. started clicking and ordering like nobody's business.. lol.. while mk and nic were busy eating sushi.. i was there clicking away.. haha!! and in the end.. we literally gorged ourselves to the brink of death.. lol.. it was really one of those few moments that i was really bloated.. BURP!! everytime the waiters came near tables, our hearts would skip a beat.. fearing that more food was going to be placed on the already cramped up table - cramped with numerous sushi... lol.. we tried our very best to finish as much as we could.. and eventually we had to pay surcharge for 3 temakis.. and its the 1st time i was paying for surcharge at a buffet.. lol... ok... my bad.. :(

after stuffing ourselves silly with sushi.. PIG Inc. went for a walk to hasten the digestion that seemed to take forever.. lol.. initially the 3 of us couldnt walk properly.. we looked like some pregnant ladies walking ard.. only this time we're were guys.. lol..

headed to ben and jerry's for ice cream and it was quite nice.. wouldnt mind going to ben and jerry's again.. yup.. had a scoop of cookies and cream..

after that.. we continued walking a while more b4 we left for home.. thats it..

looking forward to more PIG outings in the future!! *grins*



had a game of tennis with nic today.. george was bz workin while mk was on duty.. lol.. SUPER NANNY!! haha.. alrite.. anw.. tennis can be quite fun.. but u really need those shoulder muscles im telling ya.. lol.. and height really plays a major role too.. lol.. yep.. overall.. quite fun la.. hmm.. juz wondering.. where in s'pore are there free table tennis tables for the public to utilise.. well..

going on a cruise trip later.. 2D2N.. wonder wad's there to be done on board.. erm.. besides eating and sleeping?? well.. probably gonna bring some hwk dere to kill time.. lol.. it's been a while since i went for cruise.. probably on the star virgo.. yea.. anw.. we'll c how things turn out den..

for now.. tink im gonna catch some sleep b4 i get packin' for the cruise.. lol.. darn.. 24 reading logs..!!



Time

as i watched the seconds go by, it hit me that something so small, sth so insignificant.. actually brings about something so great and significant..

sigh..



couldnt really sleep last nite.. dunno y.. keep tossing and turning about in bed.. constantly trying to clear my mind of tots that were such a waste of time.. of all time these stupid questions had to pop into my mind at the very hour that i wanted to sleep.. infuriating.. but eventually managed to catch a wink of two.. and i had an extremely weird dream last nite.. the dream appeared vague tho.. so cant really recall vividly wad happened in the dream.. yea.. but the dream was roughly abt me being humiliated very badly.. lol.. wonder y such a dream..

woke up to a bowl of fish porridge.. caught the beach volleyball game where it was japan up against china.. yep... them again.. wish there were more singapore matches so at least it gives me the incentive to stay up late and watch the whole match.. lol.. juz wondering how come beach volleyball only got 2 players on each side.. tot usually is ard 3 or more de.. lol..

haha.. today played online msn billard with sean for a while.. and we were playing the 9-ball game.. there was once i break and the 9-ball got pocketed.. lol.. its like in golf u get a hole-in-one that sort.. yea.. lol.. u only get this in computer games la.. lol..



had a hearty lunch today.. i mean.. spent $5 on lunch today.. no.. not a macs meal nor KFC meal.. but 2 bowls of lor mee that's apparently suppose to be very nice.. and $1 worth of soya bean drink.. yup.. really bloated now.. but that's when im contented.. haha.. :D

well.. going bowling with some of my church ppl later.. but not my peers.. cos most of them r going thru the exam period in their poly life.. yep.. all the best to them!

guess it's really time to move on.. wad was lost wasnt meant to be lost in the first place.. holidays r over man.. face it and wake up...



hmm.. tink im falling ill alr.. been sneezing so much lately.. anw.. just had a game of badminton with sheena, jon soh, ken soh, sarsi (how do u spell his name??), and ben thia.. played from 12-2pm and it happened to rain at like around 1pm.. i tink.. yea..

after much pondering.. i've finally realised that the wasting of my 1.5 years is all my fault.. i could blame no one.. the only one i could blame for committing such a foolish mistake is me.. and the problem lies in my stubborn procrastination.. darn.. im really so regretting it now.. sigh..



was juz reading thru the Purpose-Driven Life book.. its really sth u guys out there shouldnt miss out.. anw.. im so inspired by it.. after an excruciatingly long period of time spent on searching on the purpose of life.. i've finally found the stuff that im looking for.. no more self-help books that never seem to satisfy what im really looking for.. i really wanna turn time back to relive the past year that i've missed out.. so much things have happened.. tho they appeared right in front of me.. i nv seemed to be able to touch or feel them.. and did it really have to take 1.5 years?

anw.. look on the bright side.. at least im not saying this at the end of yr 2007.. im not saying wad im saying now at the end of my 18 years of age.. but i really missed out on alot of fun.. sigh.. that's sth i'll regret a lifetime.. learn from my mistakes and dun repeat it..

so now u can basically summarise my life into 3 segments :

1. the 1st 15.5 years of my life was spent living my life in a way that was self-centred.. meaning God didnt have a place in my life.. all i cared abt was my studies.. and everything that had got to do with me..

2. the transition period. from the mid of sec 4 to the current.. which is approximately 1.5 years.. the only thing i wish is that this transition period never started in the 1st place.. y did it have to even start?? it might be as simple as me being so foolish and going straight into wad i tot was true and nv considered analysing it.. darn.. how could i be so foolish?? well.. guess my punishment was wasting 1.5 years of my life.. something that a sentimental person who definitely cherish..

3. my life from now onwards.. its gonna be God-centred from now on.. no more me, myself and I.. how i wished this happened when i was in mid sec 4.. sigh.. well..

anw.. juz wanna quote a few sentences from the book itself.. think it might really come in handy and useful.. especially when life doesnt seem to matter anymore..

juz caught superman returns on dvd.. well.. ok.. lol.. thats almost my comment for every show i watch..

watched mission impossible 3 on dvd too.. the other day.. tink was on friday b4 cell.. yea.. one thing i like about that show is that everything flows SO smoothly.. lol.. like perfectly flawless.. but at the same time its risky.. if sth crops up den everything after that will screw up equally.. lol.. but i juz like the tactical, strategic aspect of it all.. cool!! oh and did i mention the gadgets they use during their missions? lol.. if only i could get my hands on those.. lol.. haha..

alrite.. not going por por hse today cos parents going for some wedding dinner.. and as usual they inform me at the eleventh hour.. spoil my plans la.. well.. wad to do on a sunday nite? i dunno.. better not waste it.. lol..

ok.. gotta go get busy.. it's been a while since the word busy came to mind.. lol..



went to church to play table tennis with jon soh today.. kinda a last minute thing.. lol.. yea.. and i really got to polish up on those skills.. darn.. so rusty.. probably its becos i havent been playing for a very long time.. so long till my bats collected dust.. yea.. i cant feel the same "feeling" when playing as compared to last time.. sigh.. bad sign..

after table tennis went for carolling practice at the chapel.. going carolling on the 16 and 22 dec with my YA cell.. yep.. first time doing this.. tink not many from my cell were informed abt this pract as only me and neo from our cell turned up.. yea.. din noe christmas carols oso had chinese version.. lol.. haha..

today Youth Ablaze was different.. had praise and worship the whole 2 hours.. no cell discussions today.. yup..

played bball after service.. den went to compass point for dinner at BK.. cos got voucher.. lol.. ate quite a bit cos had a brunch.. and being the glutton i m.. wad do u expect?? lol..

play more bball at sengkang cc.. the court was nice.. with half of it sheltered and e other half not.. heard that on fridays all the pros go there and pit their skills against other competent and worthy opponents.. hmm.. alrite..

after which.. went back to the BK and left ken soh dere to get one of the gal's number.. apparently the gal was working at BK.. lol.. but sean, neo and i left earlier..

and well.. thats all for today.. quite boring tho.. lol..



when the question popped into my head, i took the core "Education" outta me and now the core me was empty.. i knew i had to put the core "God" into me.. but somehow or rather.. i didnt.. and i dragged this for 1.5 years.. 1.5 years worth of memories is alot... now without a core in me.. im practically floating around life.. juz floating.. having no objectives in life.. so that oso explains me being nostalgic for a longer period of time compared to the me last time.. the impact came so strongly that there was not enuff time for me to recover.. not enuff time for me to clear the fog in front of me.. so all these while.. i've been lost in this "fog".. this seemingly endless "fog".. afraid that this fog might nv clear.. or that i might not be able to steer clear of this "fog".. i soon started conjuring my own conclusions and tots along the way.. which only made things worse.. made me go deeper into the "fog"..

another simplier analogy would be im like stuck in a balloon.. but no matter how hard i try to burst the balloon.. no matter how hard i try to puncture the walls of the balloon.. my efforts were futile.. the walls of the balloon was simply too thick for me to puncture.. y puncture the balloon? the real world is outside the balloon im in.. but now.. im stuck in this balloon.. stuck in virtuality.. and its hurting me indirectly.. my real world is constantly being affected the very moment i got myself into this balloon..

but now.. the recent events that occured in the real world gave me the aid i needed.. gave me the extra boost that i really could use of.. to burst the walls of the balloon.. im able to enter the real world once again.. and this time.. i had an objective in mind.. that is to put the core "God" into my core system..

first.. it all started in the bio lab.. it took place in june.. or july.. cant rmb.. but during the middle of my sec 4 year.. "perfect timing".. this question, dunno whether can say its dumb or there for a reason.. popped into my head : why in the world m i working so hard when these are all gonna be temporary only?? and following that.. my whole world came crashing down.. i gave up on everything.. studies.. etc.. and it had to happen at that crucial moment.. well.. that kinda explains y im in TPJC and not SAJC.. no offense tho.. lol.. well.. i guess it happened for a reason.. it happened so that my eyes could be opened.. to finally see the truth and to finally be in the light.. that probably oso explains y i was studying so hard while some ppl were alr playing.. lol.. the dose was a strong one.. so that's y the side effects were equally strong.. well.. good medicine usually taste bitter.. guess the extra boost has arrived.. and its time for me to leave the unreal.. well.. wad can i say.. an experience not many have encountered..

lets juz say.. the bitterness lingered way too long..



ok.. juz had a game of bball.. finally got to wear my converse bball jersey!! haha.. darn.. gotta start working on those techniques.. anw.. going to CP later for lunch with nic, mk and his church pals.. gonna have a game of badminton later with dad.. took leave cos of the supposed m'sia trip we were supposed to have but due to unforseen circumstances.. our trip was canceled.. cos no hotels left.. all fully booked.. lol.. not sure if im going for the odac farewell party later.. hmm.. c 1st la..

ok.. finally managed to get one of the table tennis mbr's contact.. and trng's gonna start on the 3rd week of dec.. yay! tho its kinda late.. lol.. havent touched the bat in like ages la.. and now there's like the doha games so its like spurring me on to play more table tennis.. haha.. gotta polish up on those skills.. sigh..

was tinking of using contacts in place of spectacles.. sure u'll look nicer.. but wad about the dangers of using contacts?? wad if the contacts shifted to a different spot of the eye.. wad if u had to undergo operation becos of a contact lens and had to suffer the adverse consequences? these scary thots engulfed my mind as i pondered as to whether i should use contacts.. sigh..

SL 2006 for 06S01 has come to an end.. these 3 days have past so quickly that i could hardly catch my breath and feel myself doing wad i've actually been doing for these days.. the many many hours of CT periods used for discussing the idea for SL.. the numerous hours spent on doing and touching up the SL proposal.. the headaches.. the panics.. haha.. but at the end of the day.. you'll sit back and realise that everything's worth it.. not a single bit of regret.. yup.. contented i muz say.. as i walked the usual path i would take to the bus-stop to go home.. i started recollecting the events that occurred for the past 3 days.. the activities.. the many rushes that we went thru.. the ups and downs we experienced thruout the 3 days as a class.. juz in the twinkling of an eye.. SL has alr been accomplished.. from finding ourselves in an alien place to becoming more comfortable in the Home.. yea.. from being afraid of the residents to interacting and socialising with the residents.. the hasty morning briefings.. walking past the security guard.. using the meeting room as our "headquarters".. the friendly staff there.. seeing them for 3 days.. their hospitality.. making sure that every teeny weeny bit of stuff was taken care of.. ensuring that everything went smoothly.. tough but satisfying..

then it hit me that everything's coming to an end.. the year's coming to an end.. the events that were scheduled in my organiser were gradually coming to an end, one by one.. seems so sad that things have to come to an end.. sigh.. first it was the PW OP, then the sec 1 bonding, followed by the OCIP 2006 cambodia.. then it was the LOS camp.. and now.. this.. SL 2006.. wow.. everything's juz coming to an end so fast!! sigh.. but i guess we'll have to look ahead of us.. cos it's the future that we can determine.. the past is not ours to touch..

was very happy that i could have dinner with my friends today.. cos for the past 2 dinners i've been eating at home.. sitting in front of the tv.. that is so lifeless.. so cold.. ok.. crap.. anw.. headed down to hougang mall to have dinner with francis gang.. asked ken y hougang mall.. cos it was a random decision.. haha.. lol.. ok.. took 325 with them and we went to pepper lunch express at B1.. first time eating there.. there were like limited seats and there was a queue waiting to get their seats.. the food was delectable.. ordered the pepper beef rice set.. then there's honey brown sauce and garlic sauce for u to add to ur food.. not forgetting the pepper there thats like so nice la!! lol.. different from those cheapo pepper that we use so often.. lol.. ate to my heart's content.. oh and i realised pepsi is kinda sweeter than coke.. lol.. ok.. random.. haha.. after dinner we went to explore hougang mall.. haha.. KLKK.. haha.. reminds me of mdm cheong.. well.. those were the days.. anw.. after entering a few shops.. we finally landed in the library.. lol.. it's been ages since i stepping into a library.. the atmosphere changed so abruptly.. from noisy to pin-drop silence.. ok mayb im exaggerating.. but its abt the same.. yea.. lol.. having no mood to pick up a book to read.. i went to those coms that were used for some catalog stuff.. went there to "play around" with the com.. then when i switched the language to tamil and i typed using the keyboard.. tamil words started coming out!! LOL!! i was laughing my head off la.. it soon caught the attention of my fellow classmates.. haha.. we had a really hilarious time meddling with the com.. switching from different languages from time to time.. and messing around with the functions.. HAHA!! nv had such a good laugh in eons.. lol.. sometimes simple stuff can oso make u happy.. and the thing is.. we were fooling around in our tpjc outfits.. how smart of us.. but we simply couldnt contain the laughter inside us.. well.. after getting sick of the machine.. we went to search for fran and mich.. they were looking at some dog book.. yea.. feeling bored and having aching legs.. i took an optical illusion book from the shelf and started flipping thru.. intrigued by the illusions.. the same ppl who made fun of the com joined me and we starting workin on some of the illusions.. haha.. quite interesting.. and i tink i've become dumber.. lol.. probably from not doing work for a very long time.. lol.. the library closed soon after we left.. and we went home after that..

the best memories u can give urself is to live every moment of ur life in a 100% way.. forget the photos.. forget the journals and reflections.. wad's impt is that u have made the most out of the experience u received or encountered..



almost forgot to take my malaria pills today! lucky a few ppl reminded me.. thanx to those who reminded me bout the pills.. lol.. ok.. today sl was kinda screwed up.. and its cos of a couple of reasons.. yea.. but its ok.. ppl make mistakes and we learn from them.. at the end of the day.. i juz want my classmates to be happy as well as for the residents there.. started on the painting today.. played team-building games.. had telematch.. yup.. thats abt it for the day.. at least i got to have breakfast today.. yay! haha.. gave the residents a sachet of kopi each.. as the gift of the day.. yep..

i hope my life has finally been ironed out..



first of sl today.. had the final briefing at macs in the morning.. arrived at the macs at hougang green mall at around the same time as the rest.. tot i was gonna be super late la.. haha.. ok.. anw.. was kinda rush for the morning both at the final briefing and at the home itself.. introed the groups and assigned ppl for station masters, etc.. gettin the clues for the amazing race.. getting stuff ready la.. in a nutshell.. but later that day.. things were more smooth-flowing.. yea.. but its understandable la.. first time in a stranger place.. well.. ok.. contented.. hope tml's wont go haywire..

ok.. i made a pact with myself today.. that within 10 days i muz get down-to-earth and within the next 10 days.. i have to have made reading the Bible a habit..



some things in life only occur once... and if u dun cherish every moment of ur life... well... you'll live to regret it..

going to cambodia for ocip '06 was simply too precious an experience for it to be used as a lesson learnt...

went for the standard chartered marathon today!! had only 3hr 40 mins of sleep.. cos i came home from the LOS at ard 1am.. lol.. anw.. woke up at 5.40am to freshen myself up.. wore the addidas marathon singlet.. i rarely wear singlets out.. yea.. really appreciate mk's mom giving me and nic a ride to somewhere near the esplanade at such early hours.. without her help.. i guess we'd be super late la.. yea.. headed down to mac to grab a sausage macmuffin.. really enjoyed the tranquil of the morning.. when the streets r juz so dead-quiet.. and u can count the ppl on the streets using ur 10 fingers.. lol.. haha.. the morning breeze was simply refreshing.. love the wind.. arrived at the place, deposited our bags and headed to the starting line.. thing is.. we got to the starting line like 15 mins later after the starting horn had been sounded.. lol.. haha.. wad a way to start a 10km marathon.. so my timing by right should be 52 mins.. haha.. if mk was right about the 4 of us being 15 mins late la.. talking about timing.. i dun tink my timing was recorded since i attached the championchip to my wrist instead of the shoelace.. darn!.. wad a pity.. haiz.. the run was sheer torture.. lol.. y did i even subject myself to such excruciation.. haha.. lol.. finishing the race gave me a small sense of accomplishment.. got a finisher's medal and free 100plus.. haha.. should've taken the free banana.. lol.. free mah! haha.. finished earliest among the 4 of us.. but the differences wasnt too far apart either.. so congratz to the 4 of us.. u noe wad the motivation for making me run consistently? guess.. haha.. no offense but my motivation to run throughout the marathon were the plump or old runners in front of me.. LOL! the last marker i saw was the 6km mark.. din see the 7,8,9,10km mark.. yea.. the area around the drinks station along the course of the marathon were littered with paper cups.. its like ppl juz throw as though there was no penalty or sth.. so i threw mine on the floor oso.. quite shiok to litter.. haha! aiya.. should've littered more.. wasted.. lol.. sustained a right knee injury after the race.. but its quite minor.. yea.. prayed for healing alr.. so i muz have faith! yup yup..

headed to cafe cartel for breakfast.. woa.. felt like some rich kid or sth.. sometimes its good to indulge in the finer side.. haha.. feels darn good to be rich.. tho im not.. lol.. but being not rich isnt bad anyway.. yep.. learnt from ocip.. life can be simple yet happy.. took the complimentary newspaper.. and our breakfast too such a long time to arrive.. the diners next to us were oso equally angry.. lol.. the food was good.. maybe cos i was famished.. dunno.. after breakfast we headed home alr..

went home and left the hse again to meet up with the loggers for the sl which commences tml.. had to discuss the logistics stuff with them and oso to purchase the stuff.. went to TM to meet them.. after which i went home.. yup..
